Looking For A Child Centered Fun Activity?

We are running winter camp this week and we've got a lot of happy campers. I'm happy to share some great comments from our campers.

In case you didn't know, yesterday's date was a palindrome! A palindrome is something that is the same if it is read from the right to the left or vice versa. Yesterday's date, 2.22.22 fits in this category. Nine-year-old Jude, in our robotics class, commented that the word RACECAR (something the students were building) is also a palindrome. Great observation Jude! Six-year-old Teddy, in junior robotics, made a very imaginative observation about a gear "A gear is like a warrior pancake." Both comments reminded me of the amazing power of our kids!

We do have a few spots open for this Thursday and Friday in our morning and afternoon camps, call (212) 245-0444 or register here!

If you're looking for a fun, educational family destination, consider taking your child to the Intrepid, a Sea, Air, and Space Museum complex on a former 1943 Aircraft Carrier located in the Hudson River at 46th Street. This week is Family Week at the Intrepid. It is an amazing place to visit and Robofun will be exhibiting this Friday and Saturday!

You'll easily wonder where the time has gone once you board. There are so many cool things to see including, but not limited to the Space Shuttle Pavilion, the Air Craft collection, the Intrepid itself a World War II vessel that survived six different attacks.

Have a wonderful week! We've made it through the heart of winter. Spring is on the way!
