We're Gearing Up for Summer!

Summer is approaching quickly and we are ready for you! We've got online and in person camp this summer. To learn more, come join us online for our Summer Open House. Here is the link. We'll be answering the following questions: What are we offering both online and in person? What will your child learn? How are we handling social time? What will the schedule look like? Join us for a virtual tour of the space, demonstrations of technologies we teach, and meet me and my amazing staff! For my Hart to Heart this week, please come and meet my Colleague Vicki Raines this Friday May 7th at 9:30 AM. Vicki focuses on developing active family-school partnerships as the Community Engagement Lead for Gradient Learning. Vicki, a community organizer at heart, has brought her skills in outreach from her work in advocacy and campaigns to the field of family engagement. As the Community Engagement Lead for Gradient Learning, Vicki provides strategic guidance and training for the almost 400 schools in the Summit Learning Program. Join us as we discuss what inspired Vicki to focus on family engagement and highlight necessary changes to this work in the wake of the pandemic.

This will be an interesting conversation for both parents and educators. You'll learn about how to better support your kids, and how schools are trying to communicate and work more closely with families.
